Admission Process

The admission process at Acharya Institutes, Bengaluru is designed to accommodate both merit-based and management quota candidates, as well as international students. Prospective students can apply online through the official website or offline by visiting the campus admissions office. For most undergraduate engineering programmes (B.E.), admissions are conducted based on state-level or national entrance exams such as KCET, COMEDK, or JEE Main, while other programmes may follow merit-based selection or institute-specific criteria. After meeting the eligibility requirements, candidates are required to submit academic documents, photographs, and entrance exam scorecards (if applicable). Once the application is verified, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and seat allotment, after which the admission is confirmed by payment of fees and submission of required documents. International students have a separate admission pathway involving verification of equivalent qualifications and visa-related formalities. Category 1: 100% tuition fee waiver
Category 2: For students from EWS/BPL families with a CET rank  5000 — covers full education fee + free hostel & food (on shared basis) + stipend ₹2,500/month, for all years of the programme provided the student maintains  75% marks &  85% attendance. A total of 10 scholarships

Domestic Scholarships:

Merit based and need based scholarships are available for students who excel academically, in sports, NCC, cultural activities, are children of farmers, single parents, defence personnel, and other categories.

International/NRI Scholarships:

International students are eligible for scholarships based on academic merit, sports/cultural talent, etc.
NRI students can avail scholarships via the Acharya Entrance Test (AET), with tiered percentages (25 %, 50 %, 75 %) depending on performance.

Eligibility & Conditions

For the EWS/BPL full scholarship: Applicable only to Karnataka students, EWS/BPL family, CET rank  5000, one per family.
