CAP Procedure

1.    Publishing of information brochure by state CET cell.

2.    Filling online application form by candidate for participation in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP)

3.    Document verification at facilitation centre by the candidate.

4.    Publishing of provisional merit lists, submission of grievances, if any, and publishing of final merit list.

5.    Display of available category wise Seat Matrix for CAP Round I

6.    Filling up and confirmation of online option form having preferences of courses and institutions before CAP Round I. The option form once confirmed shall be considered for allotment in CAP Round I

7.    Display of Provisional allotment of CAP Round I indicating allotted institute and course.

8.    Reporting and confirmation of admission to the allotted institute by paying fee and submitting original documents.

9.    The students those have not confirmed the allotted seat in CAP round-I or not received any allotment in CAP round –I are eligible for further CAP rounds.

Institute Level Quota Admission

1.    For institute level admission candidates are required to fill up the Admission Application Form available in the institute and submit the same along with necessary documents.

2.    Provisional merit list of candidates seeking admission will be displayed as well as communicated.

3.    Greivances, if any, should be addressed to the Principal.

4.    Final merit will be declared and admission will be granted to the desirous candidates present.

 
Scholarship :

As per our records, Kalyani Charitable Trusts Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering can offer scholarships for the session 2023-24 for various programs. However, you should enquire about scholarships from the college officials. Remember the minimum fee for the program at this institute is Rs.170,000.

Library

Library and Resource Centre of Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering was established in 2009. The library is situated in a separate two storied block of 900 sq. mt. surrounded by lush green area. It has an ample stock of 14,490 Books. 100 National and international journals and periodicals.The library WEB OPAC gives the access to various open access E-resources, E-books, library book & journal collection, Syllabus, Question paper on the desk. 

Hostel

We have created a secured, congenial and serene environment for both boys & girls. The Boys Hostel building has a capacity of 200 students. The Girls Hostel has a capacity of 150 students. All rooms are self-contained with bath/toilets and fully furnished with beds, cupboards, study tables etc.

Canteen

In college campus canteen facility is available for students. Hygienic food & aqua fresh water for drinking purpose is provided. Mess facility is there for the students and staff those coming from city as well as far away from the city. Lunch & snacks are served at concessional rates.

Transportation

Management has developed very efficient transport facility with good number of buses, Mini buses, Cars, Carriages and Cars for Principals. Buses are running regularly from various important points in the city to campus. A shuttle bus service is made available from the main road to campus.

Sports

LGNSCOE College students benefit from a range of excellent, up-to-date sports facilities including grass pitch, All Sports Equipments.

Health Checkup

The campus has fully equipped dispensary with a full time doctor exclusively for campus students, staff and faculty. In case of emergency, ambulatory care is provided and consulted with the most equipped hospitals in nashik.
