Admission to Ahalia School of Engineering & Technology, Palakkad is carried out in accordance with the regulations of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, AICTE, and the Government of Kerala. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programmes must register online through the official admission portal and, for Government quota seats, qualify in the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance examination. Admissions are offered through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) as well as the management quota, depending on seat availability and institutional guidelines. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form along with essential documents such as Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, KEAM scorecard (where applicable), Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Migration Certificate (if required), identity proof, passport-size photographs, and other prescribed certificates. The admission process includes document verification, eligibility assessment, counselling or seat allotment, payment of the prescribed fees, and confirmation of admission. Seats are allotted based on entrance examination performance, academic merit, reservation policies, and the availability of seats in the chosen programme.

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects from a recognized board.

• Applicants must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Kerala, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala), and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

• Candidates seeking admission under the Government Quota must appear for and qualify in the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) Entrance Examination conducted by CEE Kerala.

• Eligible candidates should register for the KEAM Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), fill in their college and course preferences, and participate in the counselling process.

• Seats are allotted based on KEAM rank, reservation policy, eligibility criteria, and seat availability through the CAP conducted by CEE Kerala
