Admission Procedure
Al-Ameen Engineering College (AEC) in Erode, Tamil Nadu, offers admissions to undergraduate (B.E./B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.E.) programs through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) and Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) processes, respectively.

B.E / B.Tech - 4 Year Course
Admission Process
For B.E./B.Tech programs, candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum aggregate of 45% for General category students, and 40% for candidates from Backward Class, MBC & DNC, and SC/SCA/ST categories. Admissions are primarily based on the TNEA counseling process, where students are allotted seats based on their academic performance and preferences.
Eligibility
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination (both +1 and +2) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry combined.
M.E / M.B.A - 2 Year Course
Admission Process
For M.E. programs, applicants should possess a relevant bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Admissions are conducted through TANCET scores, with seat allotments made via the counseling process.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
