Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology commonly known as AIET is located in Moodabidri in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. It is a private engineering institute established in 2008. The institute was founded under Alva’s Education Foundation by Dr M Mohan Alva with the goal of providing quality technical and professional education along with holistic development of students through academics and cultural values.

The institute is located at Mijar in Moodabidri Karnataka. The campus is part of a large green educational complex and covers around 144 acres.
