Admission Process

• For the Sponsored category, a minimum of 65% aggregate is required.
• The aggregate is calculated using English and three academic subjects, excluding specified non-academic/vocational subjects.

M.Com

Admission Process

• Candidates need to submit the online application form through Amity University.
• Eligible applicants are required to provide their academic documents and complete the application formalities.
• The selection process includes a Personal Interview.
• Selected candidates can confirm their admission by completing the required university formalities and fee payment.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying bachelor's degree is required for the Non-Sponsored category.
• Candidates should also have secured 60% aggregate in Class XII.
• For Sponsored candidates, the Class XII eligibility is relaxed by 5 percentage points.

Ph.D

Admission Process

• Candidates apply online for the Ph.D. programme during the university's admission cycle.
• Amity conducts Ph.D. admissions twice a year, generally for the January and July sessions.
• Candidates normally go through the university's research entrance/selection process; eligible candidates may receive exemption from the entrance test based on recognised national-level qualifications.
• Selected scholars must complete the required coursework, research work, seminars and other academic requirements.

Eligibility

• Candidates normally require a Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• A four-year Bachelor’s degree with at least 75% marks can also qualify for full-time Ph.D. admission where permitted.
• Candidates with professional qualifications such as CA, CWA/ICWAI or CS with the required marks may also be eligible.
• A 5% relaxation is permitted for eligible reserved and specified categories as per applicable UGC regulations.

Merit-Based Scholarship

Amity University Noida offers scholarships to meritorious students based on their Class XII performance. For 2026 admissions, students scoring 95% or above in Class XII (CBSE/ISC) may be eligible for a 100% scholarship, while students scoring 90–94.99% may be eligible for a 50% scholarship. The scholarship is applicable to the first year, subject to verification and approval.

CUET-Based Scholarship

Students applying through CUET-UG 2026 can also be considered for scholarships at the Noida campus. A 100% scholarship is available for eligible candidates with at least 90 percentile in each applicable CUET section and 85% in Class XII. A 50% scholarship is available with 85–89.99 percentile and at least 80% in Class XII.

IB and Cambridge Scholarship

Students from the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge International A Level boards can receive scholarships based on their results. For IB, 42 or higher is eligible for a 100% scholarship and 38–41 for a 50% scholarship. For Cambridge A Level, at least 3 A* grades qualify for 100%, while at least 3 A grades qualify for 50%.

Martyr’s Scholarship

Amity provides a special scholarship for eligible wards of deceased defence and paramilitary personnel who attained martyrdom while performing their duties. A 100% scholarship may be awarded after verification of the required documents and approval by the Scholarship Committee. Students must satisfy the academic and admission requirements of their programme.
