Anant National University provides a purpose-oriented campus infrastructure for design, architecture, visual arts, technology and sustainability education. The facilities include collaborative classrooms, design studios, workshops for carpentry, metalwork, clay and textiles, computer laboratories, Makerspace, FutureShift Lab, Moving Image Lab, Fashion Lab, Textile Lab, Tinkering Lab, Photography Lab and Climate Lab. The campus also includes exhibition spaces, a multipurpose hall, amphitheatre, gymnasium, counselling centre, infirmary, student housing and recreational areas.

The Learning Commons serves as an important academic resource facility at Anant National University. The library provides books and learning materials covering areas such as architecture, design, fashion, filmmaking and urban planning. Students can also access print and online journals, magazines, articles, videos and digital databases to support academic projects, research work, presentations and independent study.

Anant has a tie-up with Sanskardham Sports Academy on campus. It provides high-end sporting facilities and space to stay physically fit while engaging in varied outdoor and indoor sports. Coaching is also available for various sports like football, tennis, badminton and basketball to those interested. In addition, we also have a sports room within Anant academic block with indoor sports amenities. Anant has a fully-equipped Gymnasium for students who wish to remain physically fit and healthy. All the machines are regularly checked and maintained, and a special trainer is appointed to assist students with their training needs.

The University offers modern and comfortable accommodation facilities for the students. The accommodation is allotted on twin sharing basis. There are separate blocks for girls and boys. The hostel is under CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of the students. The hostel is equipped with Wi-Fi access, a mess, gym, and common reading and play areas. There is an amphitheatre that students use for events, discussions and performances.
