Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences (AIEMS) is a private engineering and management institute located in Bangalore. Established in 2008, the institution was founded under the Amruta Educational Society with the aim of providing quality technical education. Admission Procedure

Angadi Institute of Technology and Management Belgaum admission offers UG, PG, and Diploma programs. The college offers admission to UG programs such as BE in various disciplines and PG programs such as MBA, MCA, and M.Tech and also offers a Diploma program in Engineering. The mode of application for admission is on an online basis.

Placement

The Training and Placement Cell of the college is headed by a Placement Officer along with Placement Coordinators from each department The Cell has student representatives from all departments. The student representatives and placement coordinators interact for functioning and networking of the cell. Placement Cell works towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a close knit organization and has a structure which conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate. The placement cell is active throughout the academic year and notifications regarding the placement activities or companies visiting the campus for placement are intimated to the students on prior basis. There is an ample infrastructure provided for the placement activities in the form of High-tech Classrooms with Projector facility, Wi-Fi Facility, Conference Hall, Seminar hall and other important amenities. The placement cell also works towards transforming, developing and enhancing managerial and technical skills in students which are very important in corporate world. Along with the placement facilitation we identify and help our student understand and acknowledge their strengths, weaknesses, interests. We also guide them to explore, identify and help them decide their future endeavors.

Each students can borrow books from the library as per the policy i.e. 3 books for 15 days with one time renewal option. Faculty can borrow 10 books.

Previous years question papers are arranged subject wise and will be provided to users to take photocopies.

We preserve the hardcopy of the news which is published in the daily news paper related to our college. Library users can go through these clippings if required.

News Papers and good number of journals/magazines both technical and general in nature are subscribed to library.

• Reading Room
  

Any library member can use the reading room for individual study.

• Reference Section
  

Any student or faculty can use the reference section to read the reference books.

• Reprographic facility
  

A photocopier has been added to the library for the benefit of users.

• Open Access System facility
  

Any library member can access the stacked books on the racks without any permission and kept open to access for all to see, access and borrow useful books.

• Online Public Access Catalogue
  

Any user of the library can use the OPAC to check about availability of the required book, to check different author’s books on a subject, to check their library account, etc.

• Email Service
  

Each member of the library will receive the email alert for the transaction and for overdue books.

• Online Book Renewal Service
  

Library users can renew their borrowed books once by login into the Library OPAC account.

• Book Reservation
  

Any member of the library can reserve for a book through OPAC.

The college offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with essential amenities, security, and hygienic food.
