Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College of Engineering (AMACE) is a leading Engineering College in Chennai. It is a Private, Self-Financing, Telugu Linguistic Minority, Co-Educational Institution that was established in the year 1985 by the Meenakshi Amman Trust, Chennai, a public charitable educational trust formed for reaching quality education to more deserving and aspiring students. Mrs R Gomathi is the Founder Trustee and Dr G.Ra.Gokul, MBBS, MD is the Chairman.

The college campus is located on a huge 55.78 Acres at Vadamavandal, Namandi P.O, Cheyyar Taluk, Near Kanchipuram, Vembakkam, Tamil Nadu. The campus is in the heart of Chennai city and easily accessible from different parts of the suburbs also. A sprawling and spacious layout with a serene and green environment welcomes the students as they step into the college campus. The campus is a well-planned one and has well designed airy and bright classrooms, modern conference and seminar halls, well equipped laboratories, workshops, computer labs, playgrounds, canteen and a health centre. Admission Procedure

The annual transport charges range between ₹6,000 and ₹22,000, depending on the distance. The college also provides transportation to the railway station and bus stand during official breaks.
