Arulmurugan College of Engineering, also known as ACE is part of the Arulmurugan Group of Institutions, was founded in 2012 with the objective of being a partner of today's youth with an outcome-based laser focus on prosperity and shares the younger generation's urgency and optimism for their own and the nation's future. Dr P V Kandasaamy, M.Tech (Textiles)., MBA is the Correspondent of the College and Dr. P. Shanmugam, M.E., Ph.D., M.I.S.T.E., is the Principal.

ACE is located in a massive concrete garden with a clean environment on a land of around 50 Acres on Karvazhi Road, Thennilai, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur, Tamilnadu.The College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institution.

Arulmurugan College of Engineering offers a wide range of course options. The total intake for UG and PG courses is 258. The College a total of 6 Undergraduate courses including 5 B.E. options and 1 B.Tech Discipline apart from Postgraduate courses in 2 M.E disciplines. The College also has 8 Diploma Programs in various subjects to offer. Students are admitted through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) by Single Window admissions.

OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The decision on the choice of intervention techniques is purely based on the Pre Training Analysis report. A series of Pre Training Assessments will be administered to each and every individual and will be mapped on the skill-will matrix. The students will then be coached, guided, mentored, supported or trained depending on the needs of the students. In order to measure the training effectiveness the students will also be subjected to a series of Post Training Assessment after completion of each of the training module.

The Training & Placement Cell provides all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations, written test, group discussion and interviews. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the college for their successful career, which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. This cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training.

Vegetarian & non vegetarian food, on dividing basis is made available in the mess with modern kitchen and furnished dining hall. 

The Hostel administration is carried out by the Warden Facilities like Internet browsing, Library and Reading room, Medical Facilities,Inbuilt Canteen, Xerox Centre etc. are available for the convenience of the students staying in the hostel. The Hostel administration is carried out by the principal with the assistance of warden.
