Axis College of Engineering and Technology (ACET), Thrissur is a private engineering college located in Kodakara, Thrissur, Kerala. Admission to Axis College of Engineering and Technology is conducted according to the guidelines of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, AICTE, and the Government of Kerala. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programmes must register through the KEAM entrance examination for Government quota seats or apply directly under the management quota, subject to eligibility and seat availability. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form along with Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, KEAM scorecard (where applicable), Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Migration Certificate (if required), Aadhaar Card or other valid identity proof, passport-size photographs, and other prescribed documents. Admission is finalized after document verification, counselling or seat allotment, payment of the prescribed fees, and completion of all institutional formalities.

Admission Process

• Candidates should have completed Plus Two/Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and the required third subject.

• Eligible candidates should qualify in the KEAM Engineering Entrance Examination or meet the applicable admission criteria for the chosen admission category.

• Candidates must complete the online application form, select the preferred B.Tech programme, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee.

• Seats are allotted based on entrance rank/merit, candidate preferences, category, and seat availability according to the applicable admission rules.

• Selected candidates must complete document verification, fee payment, and joining formalities within the prescribed deadline to confirm admission.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have passed Plus Two/Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

• Candidates should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with an approved third subject such as Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Biology.

• Candidates should secure the minimum marks prescribed by the Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) for B.Tech admission.

• Candidates seeking admission through the regular Government quota should qualify in KEAM, subject to the applicable admission rules.

• Candidates must satisfy the age, subject, and other eligibility requirements prescribed by the relevant authorities for the academic year.

M.Tech 

Admission Process 

• Candidates must have completed a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.

• Eligible candidates should have a valid GATE score, where applicable, for admission to the M.Tech programme.

• Candidates must complete the application process, providing the required personal, academic, and qualifying-examination details.

• Admission is generally based on the GATE score and applicable merit/admission rules, subject to seat availability.

• Selected candidates must complete document verification, fee payment, and other college admission formalities to confirm their M.Tech seat.
