Bagnan College, popularly known as Bagnan College, is a government-aided co-educational undergraduate institution located in Bagnan, Howrah, West Bengal. The college was established on 16th July 1958 with the vision of providing quality higher education to students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds. It was founded through the efforts of Late Badal Chandra Maji, a social reformer and education enthusiast, with the aim of promoting “man-making and nation-building” through accessible education for all sections of society.
