Established under the initiative of the state government of Karnataka, Bashumiya Sahukar Govt. F.G. College offers higher education in the region of Raichur, Karnataka. The college conducts various undergraduate courses under the affiliation of Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. With modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities in its campus, Bashumiya Sahukar Govt. F.G. College offers conducive learning atmosphere to the students.

The whole admission process for all the courses offered is offline and merit-based. Any candidate who fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria can take part in the admission process. Admission to all the courses is based on the marks scored by the applicant in the concerned qualifying examination.

The candidates must be studying in Classes 11 and 12 at a recognised educational institution in India. Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks in the preceding class. The annual family income of the applicants from all sources must be less than or equal to₹2,50,000.
