Besant Theosophical College was founded on the 19th July, 1915 through the pioneering efforts of Dr. ANNIE WOOD BESANT and the noble band of Theosophical workers who came under her inspiration especially her paternal uncle Prof. Ernest Wood.

Besant Theosophical College, a leading higher education institute, has been based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh since 1915. Institute offers 16 courses which are Degree in Full Time mode. Overall, Institute has diversified 7 UG courses. Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. B.Sc. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognized Boards/Council. For Management Quota : Candidate must have passed with 35% marks.
