Admission to BVV Sangha's S. Nijalingappa Medical College (SNMC), Bagalkot, for MBBS is based on the NEET UG exam followed by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) counselling. Government Scholarships

B V V Sangha’s S Nijalingappa Medical College, Bagalkot does not have traditional campus placements like engineering or management colleges. In medical education, students complete MBBS followed by a compulsory one year internship in the attached HSK Teaching Hospital where they gain practical clinical experience. After MBBS, graduates can work as junior doctors in government or private hospitals or choose to pursue higher studies like MD or MS through NEET PG. Postgraduate students also get clinical training and later work as specialist doctors in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions in India and abroad. Many graduates also prepare for licensing exams such as USMLE or PLAB for opportunities overseas.
