Cape Institute of Technology is a Private, Self-Financing, Non-Minority, Co-Educational College which was established in the year 2001 by Mr I Krishna Pillai, Founder Chairman of Cape Group of Institutions. The Cape Group of Institutions is run by Sri Vinayaga Educational Trust. The college ethos is inspired by the ancient spirit of “Vidhya Dhanam” or the Sharing of Knowledge.

Cape Institute of Technology is located at Levengipuram (Near Anjugramam) Rajakrishnapuram P.O. Thirunelveli Dist, Tamil Nadu on a 100-acre campus located at the southern tip of India, known as "Triveni Sangamam," near the confluence of the Western Ghats and the Bay of Bengal. The campus is surrounded by the Western Ghats on the west and the Bay of Bengal on the east. Its a perfect setting of bliss and serenity in which the College is nestled. Nagercoil Railway Station is 18 Kms away from the College and Thiruvananthapuram Airport is :85 Kms away.

• Selection via TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions), based on your 12th standard marks
