Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Guntur was started in the year 2007 under the aegis of Chalapathi Educational Society with an objective to promote proper education which is useful for society. College is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University and is approved by AICTE.

Admissions ProcessThis institute is offering 5 UG and 4 PG professional courses. As per AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) norms, 70% students of UG and PG programmes are admitted through centralized admissions organized by the Government (EAMCET for UG and GATE/PGECET for M. Tech).
