Coimbatore Institute of Engineering & Technology (CIET) is a Top Class, Private, Self-Financed, Non-Minority, Co-Educational College in Coimbatore Region. The College was established in the year 2001 by the Kovai Kalaimagal Educational Trust (KKET) which aims to provide a broad spectrum of academic options to ambitious young individuals. Dr K A Chinnaraju is the Director.

Coimbatore Institute of Engineering & Technology is located at Narasipuram (P.O), Thondamuthur (Via), Vellimalaipattinam, Coimbatore. Situated approximately 25 Kilometers from the city of Coimbatore, the institute is set in a scenic and tranquil 26.5-acre campus, surrounded by lush green hillocks, creating a peaceful learning environment.

Coimbatore Institute of Engineering & Technology is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Admission Procedure

Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 50% aggregate marks (with relaxations for reserved categories). Admissions are conducted through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling process, based on 12th standard marks.Applicants should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
