M.E - Computer Aided Design
Overview
ME Computer-Aided Design or Master of Engineering in Computer-Aided Design is a two-year postgraduate Computer Engineering course. Computer-aided design (CAD), also known as computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), is the use of computer systems to assist in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design.
The Master of Engineering course in Computer-Aided Design describes the process of creating a technical drawing with the use of computer software. Computer-Aided Design invites papers reporting new research, as well as novel or particularly significant applications, within a wide range of topics, spanning all stages of the design process from concept creation to manufacture and beyond.
The Computer-Aided Design course often involves the use of computer software, like AutoCAD, to design objects for both presentation and actual construction. Computer-Aided Design- CAD programs focus on computerized architectural drafting in 2D and 3D, applied mathematics, surveying, and structural design.
