The Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University (DSU) is a Tamil Nadu based, leading private University founded in 2021.  It was established under the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019.  Shri A. Srinivasan is the Founder-Chancellor of the universtity who has ensured that the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Educational Trust (2019) has been in the forefront of providing quality education at affordable cost in the region of Perambalur. The uniqueness of DSU lies in its multi-disciplinary nature in offering a wide range of academic programmes encompassing Medicine, Paramedical, Engineering and Agricultural Sciences.
