Dr. C.S.N. Degree & P.G. College. In succession M.Sc., Computer Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Electronics, Physics, Orgranic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, M.A. English, M.A. Social Work, MCA, M.B.A. and B. Pharmacy were started.
Dr. Cheeday Satyanarayana a paediatrican who served and saved lacks of sick children in West Godavari, East Godavari and Krishna Districts for over four decades, developed interest in promotion of education and got a society registered and promoted "Peoples' Education Society" in the year 1991. With his contacts in these areas 45o elite have joined as members of the general body. In the year 1992 Dr. C.S.N. Junior College and Dr. C.S.N. English Medium School were started at Rest House Road in the campus of Dr. Cheeday Satyanarayana. In the year 1994 Dr. C.S.N. Degree College was started in the same premises. The college grew strength to strength, year after year and won the appreciation of the public and students.

Land was acquired near Industrial Estate which was earmarked for college purpose in municipal master plan and buildings were constructed, consisting of 3 blocks with 4 floors. Presently the college is functioning with strength of 1200 Degree and 500 P.G. students on rolls.

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with Mathematics as one of the subject at Intermediate or Degree level with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.

Dr.CSN Degree College owns a beautiful Library. It has comfortable and congenial space for reading and Knowledge workshop. It is equipped with different types books starting from text books, reference books, newspapers magazines, publications, rare books, regarding subjects and others. Library is provided with computers with speed internet facility for staff and students.
SPECIOUS, BEAUTIFUL, WELL EQUIPPED LABORATORIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOTANY, ZOOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS, ELECTRONICS, COMPUTERS, BIO-CHEMISTRY, BIO-TECHNOLOGY, MICRO-BIOLOGY, GEOGRAPHY AND ENGLISH.
ALL THE THEORY LEARNT IN THE CLASS ROOMS IS LEARNT PRACTICALLY IN THE LABORATORIES ON THEIR OWN TAKING GUIDANCE FROM THE FACULTY AND MANUALS.
Specious, well ventilated class rooms are provided to all classes. They are equipped with comfortable seating arrangement, fans, podiums, black board and screens for projecting with LCD and LED projectors

Yoga training is given to students after the academic schedule. Students who complete their training will be given certificates.
To meet the first aid requirements of the students Health centre is provided in the campus. A trained medical practitioner will take care of the students and staff when they are in need. Qualified Doctor is available in the campus during working hours.
3 acres play ground is available in front of the college. Students participate in games and sports during recess, evening and holidays.
