Admission
Students applying for admission to the B.A. LL.B. Degree Course will be placed according to the marks they gained in their qualifying examination, eliminating languages in Parts I and II, as well as on the basis of communal and special reservations as per Tamil Nadu's government guidelines.
Rank List
The applications will be examined, and the University website will publish the Rank List. Dates for counselling will be posted on the university website, and candidates who have been chosen will get notice.
Requirements for assessing merit

The percentage of marks the applicants earned across all disciplines, excluding languages, in the Plus Two exams will be taken into consideration. The grades that students received on their first attempt alone in the Plus Two exam may be taken into consideration. The grades they received in the improvement exams will not be taken into consideration.

Admission to the 3 LL.B. degree course will only be granted based on qualifying exam scores and in accordance with the State's reservation policies..

Requirements for assessing merit
The percent of marks the candidate received overall in the qualifying degree examination for all courses, except languages, may be taken into consideration. The proportion of marks the candidate received in the qualifying examination may be taken into consideration when the language alone is the subject.
