Francis Xavier Engineering College (Autonomous) - FXEC is a Premier Engineering College in Tirunelveli. This is a Private, Self Financing, Autonomous, Non-Minority, Co-Education College that was established by the SCAD Group in the year 2000. Dr S Cletus Babu is the Founder Chairman of the SCAD Group, Dr Amali Cletus is the Vice Chair Person and Mr C Arun Babu is the Managing Director. Francis Xavier Engineering College is situated in Bye-Pass Road, Road, Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli which is the heart of Tirunelveli Town. Admission Procedure

At Francis Xavier Engineering College, students can pursue a 3 - 4 years UG degree in B.E. / B.Tech. The course is offered in 8 specialisations, namely Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, etc. Admission to the programme is completely based on the merit scores achieved by the students in their last academics or accepted exam.
