Admission Criteria

B.Tech. Admission 2026

GLA University offers the B.Tech program as its flagship course. The B.Tech program is offered in 10 specializations. Admission to the B.Tech course is based on the score of the GLAET exam. Students must also complete 10+2 with physics and mathematics as the core subjects and a minimum of at least 50% marks.

UG Admission 2026

GLA University offers B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, BA, B.Sc. (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), B.Ed., B.Lib.I.Sc., and many more as its UG programs. The candidate must have passed the 10+2 exam with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects and either mathematics or biology as one of the other subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. The selection criteria are based on the GLAET examination and interview.

PG Admission 2026

GLA University offers M.Tech, M.Pharma, MA (English), MCA, M.Sc., LLM, and many more as its PG programs. For admission to all these courses, the candidates must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% in a bachelor’s degree from a recognized board.

Ph.D. Admission 2026

GLA University Mathura offers a PhD program in the fields of computer applications, engineering, science, law, agriculture, management, and humanities. Admission Process 2026

Admission to all the courses at GLA University is offered through an online entrance test, GLAET.

Candidates can apply for admission at GLA University online by following the steps mentioned below:

• Register for the entrance test by visiting the official website of GLA University.
  
• The entrance fee of INR 500 is required to be paid for D.Pharma, Diploma in Engg., and B.Ed courses and INR 700 for other courses.
  
• Pay the application fee by credit card/debit card or net banking or cash, or a demand draft is drawn in favor of ‘GLA University,’ payable at Vrindavan.
  
• After successful registration, candidates will be given a unique registration ID and password.
  

Placement

GLA University Mathura Placement Report 2025 has not been released yet. According to the official website and NIRF data 2025. The highest package offered was of INR 55 LPA, while the average package offered was of INR 6.3 LPA.

For UG (3-year) courses, 387 out of 845 qualified students were placed in 2023–24, representing a placement rate of approximately 45.8%, with the median package reaching INR 3.5 LPA; in 2022–23, 360 out of 727 were placed (49.5%), with a median of INR 3.1 LPA. The UG (4-year) segment saw 834 placements from 1422 qualified students in 2023–24 (58.6% placement rate), with the median package at INR 6.0 LPA; the previous year marked 1254 placements from 1664 qualified students (75.4%), and a median package of INR 5.5 LPA. For PG (2-year) courses, 627 out of 1018 qualified students were placed in 2023–24 (61.6%), with a median package of INR 6.0 LPA; in 2022–23, 435 out of 613 qualified students were placed (71.0%), earning a median package of INR 5.5 LPA.

Scholarship

GLA University offers scholarships for students seeking admission to B.Tech based on their merit in the 12th examination or based on their JEE-Mains Percentile. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Meritorious Scholarship: Candidates with 90% in 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are eligible for INR 33,000 per annum and candidates securing 80-89% are eligible for a scholarship of INR 25,000 per annum.

• Based on JEE-MAINS Percentile: Candidates eligible for a scholarship based on JEE-MAINS Percentile.

The Central Library is the hub of information services in the university. It serves as a creative and innovative partner in supporting the teaching, learning, and research activities. With a fast growing collection, both in digital and print format using state-of-the-art facilities, currently the Central Library has more than 169899 books over 4,500 CD-ROMs and subscribes to more than 95 national and international journals/magazines in print besides a larger number of e-journals through INDEST-AICTE Consortium for Subscription of International Journals of IEEE/IEE (IEL Online+ASPP), ASME are available to the academic community all over the campus.

GLA University has a total of 135 well equipped labs where the students get a hands-on experience on various emerging technologies through which they get an opportunity to expand their practical understanding of how a particular phenomenon works. This practical understanding comes really handy when they use those tools in practical situation, actually, in a corporate or on a project. Every department has its own laboratories where Students work with state-of-the-art machines under expert guidance from experienced and trained Faculty members.

For students to grow mentally, physical growth is mandatory. They need proper nourishment, which is only possible through a balanced diet. Keeping that in mind, all the cafeterias have menus that are planned by a group of expert dietitians which provide them with healthy and nutritious food. We understand that students have cravings for snacks occasionally, but we ensure that they don’t eat junk. The food provided in the cafeterias is hygienic and vegetarian. We have 4 cafeterias on campus that help the students to fulfill their cravings as and when they want. The cafeteria offers a good menu of multi-cuisine delights, with a lively and jolly atmosphere.

GLA University has taken on the onerous responsibility of imparting comprehensive and high quality education, which is both vocational-based and professional in nature, to the young minds who desire to be part of the booming world economy in general and the Indian economy in particular. Just as the university has evolved from a humble institution (but with high aspirations) to its present size, the Health Care unit – aptly named AAROGYAM, has grown too. We now have four qualified and experienced physicians, ably supported by efficient nursing aides.

Transport

GLA University has a fleet of luxury AC Buses and Non-AC Deluxe buses providing transport facility to the students of Mathura region covering the distance of 45 km towards Kosi Kalan, 35 Km. towards Chhata, and nearly 15 km towards Vrindavan. GLA owns the fleet of 17 buses along with 16 contract buses. University buses are equipped with all safety devices i.e. GPS, to track the bus location, Route, Speed etc. and speed governor to restrict the speed of the buses as per the Supreme Court guidelines, Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit. From the safety point of view, Buses of GLA University board (at the time of departure from Campus) and de-board (after arrival at campus) the students inside the campus premises only. Students are allowed to board or de-board the bus at the scheduled stops only. We also allot seat numbers to every transport-facility user on the basis of first-come-first-serve (the student deposit the transport fee first, gets the seat first). Transport ID Card is valid for one Academic Session of the respective Institute. Transport fee is collected one time in advance for the whole academic session at the time of availing transport facility.
