GMERS Medical College and Hospital Valsad is an institute managed by Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society and is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.

The institute is spread over 36 Acre lush green campus situated in the beautiful city of Valsad, South Gujarat. The nearest airport is Surat Airport which is 90 kms and the nearest railway station is Valsad Railway station which is 2 kms from the college. The campus houses college building, hospital building and residential quarters for the doctors, nursing staff and student's hostel.

GMERS Medical College Hospital Valsad, the associated teaching hospital, a multi specialty hospital is operational since 2nd, October 1987. The same is being upgraded to a 750 bedded hospital.

Admission Procedure
Admission to various Programmes at GMERS Medical College Valsad is based on the candidate’s performance in NEET. This valuable information will help you out during your admission.

Placements: About 100% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered for our course is 8.25 LPA and the lowest salary package offered for our course is 3 LPA. Both are for 5.5 years. About 95% of students got internships in our course.

Cafeteria
Catering is done in hygienic conditions and food is cooked in steam facilities.
The seating capacity of cafeteria is 30-35 person and it helps in catering to the faculty, administrative staff and students.

Student Hostel
At GMERS medical college there are separate accommodations for boys and girls
Total Capacity is 964. Boys hostel 347, girls hostel 347, intern hostel 150 and resident hostel 120.
The entire hostel complexes at GMERS medical college are ensured with 24-hour security, maintenance, power and water supply. The hostel provides a cot, a study table, a chair and a cupboard for each student.
Every hostel has water cooler, common telephone, common room, etc.
Adequate dining facilities are available for all students.
Hostels have gymnasium and indoor games facilities.
