Gobi Arts and Science College is an autonomous institution affiliated to Bharathiar University located in Gobichettipalayam, Tamil Nadu, India. It was founded in 1968 by K. M. Ramaswamy GoundeThe College provides well standard laboratory facilities for each Department. The laboratories with modern equipments and distinguished instruments, which are of high standard, facilitate the students to make use. The students are provided with sufficient lab hours including extra labs so as to make thempractically competent.
Communication Lab has been intended and will help the students to get a feel for themselves about their language proficiency and overcome inadequacies of communication skill.
The computer lab is equipped with the latest computer hardware/software. The College provides Internet connection to the students and teachers for the enhancement of their knowledge in their field of study.

Eligibility & Admission Procedure for MCA

· A pass in any degree with Mathematics in +2 or any degree with atleast one paper in Mathematics or Statistics.

· Candidates seeking admission to MCA Programme will have to appear for the Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2021 conducted by Anna University, Chennai.

· For Admission to the MCA Programme, the candidates are advised to look for separate advertisement to be released by the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai-6.

Courses] and 2 copies of Aadhaar Card should be produced at the time of Admission.

Placements: Around 40% of students were placed. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 18,000 to Rs 24,000.
