About college :

The guidance and support of our respected Director of Legal Studies, the College is stepping forward towards academic achievements.

The College started in the year 2017 and in the year 2019, new campus was inaugurated and it stood as a pioneer of legal education and the pride of viluppuram city. The College has conducted various events for the welfare of students. The students and the staff have actively participated and achieved to the great extend.

The College is encouraging the students to participate in more National level and state level Moot Court Competitions both in Tamil and English. The students have won the various competitions and received the certificate and awards. Moreover the College also conducted many awareness programme for the public. In order to motivate the students to serve the public the Blood Donation camp was conducted. Additionally to make the students to shine in extra-Curricular activities more cultural programme was arranged. The students have been encouraged to participate in social and welfare activities.

WHY COLLEGE :

Students have also engaged themselves in sport activities they participated in competition and won the medals. All the special days are celebrated.

To enhance the students to reach the high goal National level seminar was organised. To encourage students and staff regularly Special Lectures are organised by the College.

Admission Procedure :

Admission to 3 Year (B.L. ) / 5 Year (B.A. B.L.) Degree Course is based on Academic Merit through counseling.

ELIGIBILITY – 5 YEAR COURSE

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination under 10+2 pattern with not less than 45% of marks which is recognized by the syndicate as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu, are eligible for admission.
For S.C./S.T. candidates concession of 5% marks in the minimum of marks required for admission for B.L. 5 year Degree Course of study as prescribed in the regulations will be given.

ELIGIBILITY – 3 YEAR COURSE

Candidates who have passed a three year Degree Examination of Universities in Tamil Nadu and Such degree awarded by Member Universities of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi for purpose of mutual recognition on reciprocal basis, after 10+2+3+ or 11+1+3 pattern and also recognized by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University alone are eligible for admission to B.L. (3 years) Degree Course.

ELIGIBILITY – P.G COURSE

A candidate who has passed the B.L. Degree Examination and has secured not less than 50% of the aggregate marks in all the Three Years of the Three Year B.L. Degree Course or in all Five Years of the Five Year B.L. Degree Course together, as the case may be, shall be eligible to apply for the M.L. Degree Course. However a relaxation of 5% is given to the candidates belong in to SC/ST communities.

 Placements: 

Almost 60% of the students get placed in our college. The highest package offered is 5 LPA, and the average package offered is around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are AZB, SAM and other banks.

The highest package goes to 20 LPA and the average package is around 7 LPA. Almost 60% of the students get placed in our college at GLC.
