Government Medical College, Mancherial, also known as GMC Mancherial, is a government-run medical institution located in Mancherial city, in the state of Telangana, India. It is a public medical college established in the year 2022 under the initiative of the Government of Telangana. The college does not belong to a private trust but is entirely state-funded. Its core objective is to expand access to quality medical education and healthcare services in underserved regions of northern Telangana by training future doctors and healthcare professionals.

The college is currently operating from a temporary facility in the agricultural market area on College Road, Garmilla village, within Mancherial district. A permanent campus is under development in Gudipet village, Hajipur mandal, spread across 32 acres of land. This upcoming campus is designed to offer better infrastructure and clinical training facilities.
