Admission to Holy Grace Academy of Engineering is conducted according to the norms of the Government of Kerala, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), and AICTE. Candidates seeking admission under the Government Quota must qualify through the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical (KEAM) Entrance Examination and participate in the centralized allotment process conducted by CEE Kerala. Management Quota admissions are offered based on eligibility prescribed by the Government and KTU. Applicants are required to submit academic certificates, entrance examination details (where applicable), identity proof, passport-size photographs, and other necessary documents during admission. Final admission is confirmed after document verification, fee payment, and university approval.

B.Tech 

Admission Process 

• Check Eligibility: Candidates should pass Higher Secondary/Plus Two or an equivalent examination with the required subjects and minimum marks prescribed for B.Tech admission.
• Apply for KEAM: Eligible candidates should register for the KEAM Engineering entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.
• Appear for KEAM: Candidates must qualify in KEAM and obtain an eligible engineering rank for participating in the centralized admission process. Holy Grace Academy of Engineering is listed under the HGW code in the KEAM 2026 prospectus.
• Participate in Centralized Allotment: Candidates should register their preferred courses and college options through the CEE Kerala Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and include Holy Grace Academy of Engineering among their choices.
• Complete Admission: Candidates who receive an allotment must pay the applicable fee, report to the college within the specified deadline, complete document verification and submit the required certificates to confirm admission. For management/college merit seats, the college follows its prescribed application and merit-based selection process.

Eligibility 

• Candidates must have passed Plus Two/Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• Physics and Mathematics should be compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination, along with an approved third subject such as Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology or Biology.
• Candidates must satisfy the minimum marks requirement prescribed by CEE Kerala/AICTE for B.Tech admission.
• Candidates seeking KEAM-based admission must meet the eligibility conditions specified in the latest KEAM prospectus and obtain a valid engineering rank.
• Candidates applying through management quota must fulfil the prescribed academic eligibility and admission requirements of the college and relevant authorities.

Eligible students can avail themselves of various scholarship schemes offered by the Central Government, Government of Kerala, AICTE, and other funding agencies.
