Admission Criteria

B.Tech Admission 2025

Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management offers a full-time four-year B.Tech program with 6 specializations. Students seeking admission in B.Tech courses should keep the following facts in mind:

• Admission consists of two parts, an entrance examination and a management quota.
• There is a set reservation percentage for each category, which states that 70 percent of the seats shall be filled through the entrance examination and 30 percent shall be set aside for the management quota.
• The admission process will begin after the results of the entrance examination have been published.
• Candidates can indicate their intention to opt for a specific stream by filling out the application form at the college.
• It is paramount that the candidate checks his or her eligibility before applying through the application form.
• The basic eligibility criteria to be considered for admission is a scorecard of the EAMCET exam.
• Eligibility requirements include having passed or currently studying in 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects, or completed the final year of a diploma in engineering from the State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other equivalent body.
• The registration fee for the entrance exam is set at INR 450.
