Indian Institute of Information Technology, Tiruchirappalli (short: IIIT-Trichy or IIITT) is a public-private partnership technical institute located in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu. Established in 2013, it was created under the IIIT (PPP) model with funding from Government of India, Government of Tamil Nadu and industry partners. Admission Criteria

B.Tech Admission

IIIT Trichy offers a B.Tech program in Several specialisations. For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates are required to have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects, and must have scored a minimum of 75% marks with a valid entrance exam score.

M.Tech Admission

IIIT Trichy offers MTech courses in various specialisations. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a BE/B.Tech degree. The final selection is based on the entrance exam scores, followed by the counseling. The total fee for the M.Tech program is INR 2.53 Lakhs.
