IIM Trichy Courses are offered at PG, Doctorate level. There are 5 courses offered at IIM Trichy. The courses are offered disciplines like Management. IIM Trichy courses includes PG Program, PGPM, Ph.D (Exec.). Popular courses at IIM Trichy are PG Program, PGPM, PGPM.

Admission Criteria

IIM Trichy MBA Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized board.
The candidates must also appear for the CAT exam.

IIM Trichy PGPBM Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% (45% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized University.
Additionally, candidates applying for this program must have a minimum of three years of full-time work experience as of the last date for submission of the Online Application Form.

IIM Trichy PhD Admission 2026

IIM Trichy offers PhD (full-time) in Management in several areas of research like Business Law, Economics and Public Policy, Finance and Accounting, Information Systems and Analytics, Marketing, Operations Management, etc.

IIM Trichy PhD Eligibility

• To be eligible for admission, candidates must have scored at least 60% (55% in the case of reserved categories) in a Master’s degree, Integrated Master’s Program, or a 2-year PG Diploma.
  
• In addition to this, they must have secured at least 60% (55% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized University.
  
• Candidates who have professional qualifications like CA / ICWA / CS with at least 50 percent aggregate marks along with a Bachelor’s degree (with at least 60 percent marks) are also eligible.

Placement

Guest lectures and webinars by renowned personalities from across industries took place digitally and as well as Career Development Workshops were conducted to mold the students to face this ‘new normal’ in the business world.

The state-of-the-art sports infrastructure includes a full-size football ground, cricket ground, and a versatile sports complex featuring multiple badminton courts, a well-equipped gymnasium, and a luxurious swimming pool with a kid's pool and a jacuzzi. The Finance Lab at IIM Trichy is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide students with hands-on experience in financial analysis and decision-making. Equipped with advanced software and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, and other financial data platforms, the lab simulates real-world financial environments, allowing students to analyze market trends, make investment decisions, and understand complex financial instruments. It serves as a practical learning hub for students pursuing finance-related courses, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry practice.

Hostel

The Institute boasts eight beautifully designed hostel blocks, blending elegance, functionality, and scenic views of the skyline. Seven of the hostel buildings feature three floors, with 18 rooms per floor arranged across left and right wings, each with a common room on one side and a lift on the other. The eighth block stands tall with eight floors and 328 air-conditioned rooms. An additional 11-story building with 400+ rooms is currently under construction to accommodate more students in the near future.

Dedicated blocks cater specifically to female students, while specialized rooms with attached bathrooms on the ground floor accommodate differently-abled students. The thoughtful architecture fosters an environment of collaborative learning. Each hostel is fully equipped with WiFi, and LAN connections in every room support the intense computing needs of students. The Mess and Canteen Block, home to a night canteen, a sandwich bar, and departmental stores, is conveniently located just a short walk away.

The entrance to every hostel features brightly painted doors, symbolizing the vibrant diversity of experiences and learning opportunities from fellow students. The rooms are elegantly furnished with air conditioners, whiteboards, modern study desks, and private balconies offering serene views of an artificial canal. Two well-equipped common washroom wings per floor ensure convenience and comfort for every student, catering to the needs of the millennial generation.
