Indian Institute of Technology Mandi commonly known as IIT Mandi is located in Mandi Himachal Pradesh and is a public technical institute established in 2009 under the Ministry of Education Government of India. It was founded as part of the new IIT expansion plan and functions under the IIT Council with the purpose of providing quality education research and innovation in science engineering and technology.
