Admission Procedure

Admission to the flagship MBA + PGPM program at the Institute of Business Management & Research (IBMR) in Hubballi requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) and a valid national or state-level management entrance exam score.

Admission Process

• Submit the online or offline application form with the required documents.
• Pay the prescribed application fee.
• Appear for a recognized entrance examination (KMAT, PGCET, CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, etc.) or the IBMR iCAT entrance test if applicable.
• Candidates with 80% or above in their bachelor's degree, or 70 percentile or above in CAT, MAT, or XAT, may be eligible for direct admission to the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) stage without taking the iCAT.
• Attend the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the institute.
• Final selection is based on academic performance, entrance test score, GD, PI, and overall profile.
• Selected candidates receive a provisional admission offer and must pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.
