Jain College of Engineering, Machche, Belgavi was established in 2010 under the umbrella of Jain Group of Institutions (JGI) headquartered in Bangalore.

 
JCE is situated in a sprawling lush, green campus at T.S. Nagar Hunchanhatti Road, Macche, Belagavi, Karnataka.

 
Jain College of Engineering is Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and recognised by Government of Karnataka. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Karnataka.  The college is accredited by NBA (Dept of CVE & EEE)

 
JEC offers UG programs in BE in 5 disciplines, 3 PG courses including Master in Construction Technology, MBA and MCA.  It also offers Doctoral program PhD in the fields of Engineering and Management.

The college provides a number of essential facilities to the students. Jain Engineering College facilities include Library, Hostel, Sports, Cafeteria, Gym, Laboratories, Auditorium, IT Infrastructure, Separate Residential facilities, Medical facilities, and much more.

JCE has tie up with various professional bodies like Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE), Institution of Engineers (IEI), India, Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Board of IT education Standards (BITES).  Numerous activities and events are being conducted both for Faculty as well as Students under the local Chapter of these professional bodies.  The college also has a number of academic Partnerships with various Organizations by MoU's and Tie-ups.

 
Over two hundred prospective recruiters have hired more than 4,000 JCE students over the last few years, which has been an outcome of a very precise Placement process adopted by the Student Career Advisory and Placement Support at Jain College of Engineering.  Some of their esteemed Recruiters include Amazon, Infosys, TATA Elxsi, Accenture, Wipro, Flipkart, TCS, HCL, Emphasis, Capgemini, DXC Technology, Mindtree, etc.

 
Educaion at JCE is highly industry-oriented and provides a wide gamut of knowledge.  The continued excellence of students in the academics is reflected in achieving ranks in the VTU examinations consistently over the years. A few students have brought laurels to our institute by being nominated as “University Blues” in various sports. In the quest for imparting quality education, JCE meticulously organizes and develops action plans and constantly endeavours to shape the attitude and personality of students to help them emerge as remarkable individuals when they leave the portals of this institution.

• Candidates should have Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.
• English should be one of the languages of study in the qualifying examination.
• A Diploma is required for lateral entries.
• Students who have qualified in KCET or COMEDK-UGET are also eligible for admissions.
• The College reserves seats for Karnataka state students and Karnataka Rural students

Fees depends upon your merit list and branch you are interested approx. a government seat for a particular branch is 80000

Courses offered by the Institute are in the fee range of INR 116,940-360,240 for a total of 798 candidates. Jain College of Engineering - JCE offers good infrastructure like Auditorium, Cafeteria, Labs, Library, Shuttle Service, Sports Complex, Wi-Fi Campus to students.
