Cafeteria

University has well-stocked and modern Cafeterias for the students. These cafeterias also serve as meeting places for the students and provide them an opportunity to both socialize and share their academic interests and engagements. Technorazz

The University organizes a Technical and Cultural Fest- “TECHNORAZZ” annually. Around 10,000 students from nearly 100 institutions from all over India participate in the event every year. Technorazz provides the much-needed exposure and platform for an invigorating exchange of ideas and information to the students. Technorazz transforms the students to become strong competitors, capable of coping up with the challenges of the modern techno-driven economy.

Technorazz is a platform for the youth, by the youth, and by the youth, and its main objective is to inculcate a sense of duty, responsibility and belongingness among the students and to develop in them an attitude to take competitions in life in a positive and healthy way. The event features technical as well as cultural programmes. Technorazz has regularly been graced by celebrities like the Indian Idol-Season-4 Fame-Parashar Joshi, and “Rock On” Fame Rock Star Ms. Abhinanda Sarkar of MTV.

SPIC MACAY

The University organized a three-day Rajasthan State Convention of SPIC MACAY in July 2013 in which artists of national and international prominence participated with the aim of educating the young students about our rich cultural heritage and inculcating in them a taste for our traditional art and culture.

Photorazz

Photorazz, a potpourri of fun and entertainment, is organized at the beginning of the year to energize the teaching fraternity and provide them a platform to showcase their creative talents.

Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communication, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation, and execution. Photorazz started out as an attempt to encourage some of our budding and talented students to pursue photography more seriously. Photorazz is an interdisciplinary activity. Today after two years of its successful organization Photorazz has now become a University level activity.

Jaipur National University Hostel & Fees Structure

To create an environment of 'home away from home', University has taken initiatives to design and plan the rooms of the hostels in the most comfortable manner. In University hostels, we ensure that students feel at home, with the best amenities and comfort so that they can put their hundred percent into their curricular and extracurricular engagements.

Rooms are spacious and due care has been taken off the Acoustics to avoid any noise disturbance from the road and nearby areas. Apart from all these facilities, discipline is a major area taken care of in the hostel environment. Discipline is necessary to maintain the safety and security of our students. There are 24-hour security guards and a responsible warden assigned to every hostel.

To facilitate outstation students, JNU has excellent hostel facilities for both girls and boys that provide "A home away from home". Nearly 2500 students live in hostels, and by July 2018-19, the number of resident students is likely to rise up to 3000. The girls' hostel is located on the SADTM campus and the boys' hostels are located on the SIILAS campus as well as JNU main campus. The hostels are well-equipped with an air-cooling system and excellent Mess facilities. Also, cafeterias, stationary shops and ATMs are there on all the campuses. There are two International hostels with accommodation for nearly 100 NRI students on the SADTM campus as well as JNU main campus.
Accommodation facility is also available in the University Guest Houses for guests and parents.
