J.H.A.Agarsen College (Jayagovind Harigopal Agarwal Agarsen College), commonly known as JHA, is a Liberal arts, commerce and science college in Chennai, India. It is affiliated with the University of Madras.

Jayagovind Harigopal Agarwal Agarsen College was established by Harigopal Agarwal through Agarwal Relief and Educational Trust consisting, the philanthropic Agarwal Community (Chennai) in the academic year 2000-2001 at Madhavaram.

The College has 10 UG and 3 PG programmes. Research Programmes such as M.Phil, (Commerce) has become part of the academic curriculum.

Academics
The campus with classrooms, UG & PG[clarification needed] Computer labs, 1600 students and 65 faculty and staff members, education is incorporated in collaboration with computer career organizations. Under the scheme, the students perform data processing work after college hours.

Placements: About 70% of the students from our course were placed. The salary offered is Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month for freshers based on their talent and companies in which they join. Top recruiters for our course are Infotech, Infosys and many more companies. Top roles offered in our course are programmer, algorithm developer, etc. In our course, the salary offered is nearly Rs. 30,000 to 1,00,000 per month. About 70% of the students got internships in the software company.

Infrastructure: Our college provides computers, air-conditioners, Wi-Fi facility and all books which are related to that course. In our college, the hostel is not huge, so many students can't accommodate in the hostel. However, there is a good mess with hygienic food, and there are all primary medical facilities for first-aid. Our college has sports facilities like cricket, football, kabaddi, and there is a criminology course, etc., in our college.
