Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI College of Engineering - JACSICE is a Self-Financing, Co-Education College established in the year 2001 by the efforts of Mr S G Jayaraj Chelladurai under the CSI Diocese Trust Association. The only objective of establishing the College was the Motto - "Make Technology Reachable & Affordable to All" Adv. Bearer of Tuticorin-Nazareth Diocese Chairs the College Administration while Mr K Ravindran Charles is the Correspondent of the College.

Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI College of Engineering is located at Margoschis Nagar, Nazareth, Thoothukudi Dist, Nazareth Tamil Nadu.Situated in Nazareth, a beautiful semi-urban town in Thoothukudi District. The town Nazareth did not come into existence spontaneously in the misty past but it was deliberately designed and brought into being. The institution is located near Nazareth - Sathankulam Highway, in 25 Acres of land area, and is well connected with Tirunelveli & Thoothukudi within 40 - 45 km by road & rail.

JACSICE has its approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited the Institution. The National Board of Accreditation has accredited the CSE Academic Programme of the College. The College is ISO 2008-9001 certified.

JACSICE has B.E (3), B.Tech (2) and M.E (1) academic programmes to offer in different disciplines. Apart from these it also has an MBA Program which is awaiting approval. Our college NSS Unit is functioning with the aim to instill social service in the minds of youth. Every year, our volunteers conduct awareness programmes, Free General Medical Camp, Free Veterinary Camp, Leadership training programme and first aid courses in the adopted villages during the special camp arranged by our NSS unit.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Alumni association of our college was started in 2005 when the first batch of students graduated from this college. The main objective of the association is to create a forum to bring together and facilitate the exchange of information amongst the members and to give opportunities for its members to have a link between the Alma mater and its members.
