JKKN Dental College & Hospital is a leading college in Tamil Nadu which was established in the year 1987 under the aegis of J.K.K.Rangammal Charitable Trust (1969) is dedicated to providing students with the highest quality education in Dental Surgery.  The Trust was established with the mission of providing literacy and empowering women, aiming to upgrade the socio-economic status of the community. Following in her father’s footsteps, Smt. N. Sendamaraai, Managing Trustee, expanded the service to offer multi-disciplinary education to both genders.  Now there are 10 educational institutions under the umbrella of the Trust including Dental, Pharmacy, Nursing, Education, Engineering, Arts, and Science colleges, as well as Government-Aided Girls’ School and Matriculation schools.

At JKKN Institutions, the fundamental teaching objective is to empower students with technical knowledge and essential skills to meet the growing challenges of today’s competitive world.  Contemporary Teaching practices are implemented, laying a robust foundation for holistic education. 

JKKN Dental College & Hospital is located in about 10 acres of land in Natarajapuram, NH-544 (Salem To Coimbatore National Highway), Kumarapalayam (TK), Namakkal (DT), Tamil Nadu. Situated just 15 km from Erode City in Tamil Nadu, the college is easily accessible from Erode Railway station and Salem/Coimbatore Airports. 

JKKN Dental College is affiliated with Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai and approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu.  The college is Recognised by Dental Council of India.

Courses offered at JKKN Dental College are BDS, MDS and Allied Health Sciences - BSc programs.  For BDS and MDS courses the eligibility for admission is based on NEET and NEET MDS.

Candidate Must Have Obtained 50% Marks In Physics, Chemistry And Biology Taken Together Also Should Have Compulsorily Qualified From Neet-Ug Examination.
The Minimum Eligibility For Mds Is A Bds Degree With A One Year Mandatory Internship From A Dental College Recognized By The Dental Council Of India.

The highest package received is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is around Rs. 80,000 per annum. Many students have joined private clinics and also government hospitals. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good.

4,20,000 for the duration of four years until their course is not completed. Every year selected candidates will get Rs. 1,05,000 as their education Fund. Under this Sensodyne IDA Shining Star Scholarship, 2023, 57 candidates from first-year BDS will be selected to avail the benefit.
