Admission Procedure

JNTUH Jagtail Courses are offered at UG, PG level. There are 15 courses offered at JNTUH Jagtail. The courses are offered disciplines like Engineering. JNTUH Jagtail courses includes B.Tech, B.Tech {Lateral}, M.Tech. Popular courses at JNTUH Jagtail are B.Tech, B.Tech {Lateral}, M.Tech.

Admission Criteria

B.Tech Admission 2025

JNTUH CEJ offers admission to a 4-year full-time B.Tech course in 5 specializations. The JNTUH CEJ Admission to B.Tech is based on TS EAPCET, earlier known as TS EAMCET.

B.Tech Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech courses must have 10+2 in the science stream with 45% marks. Selection of the candidates will be based on the TS EAPCET score/rank. JNTUH CEJ has a total of 300 seats for B.Tech with an intake of 60 in each specialization. Also, in every branch, 6 students can take lateral entry admission through TS ECET in the B.Tech 2nd Year.

M.Tech Admission 2025

JNTUH CEJ offers admission to 2-year full-time M.Tech courses in 4 specializations. JNTUH CEJ Admission to M.Tech is based on TS PGECET and GATE. JNTUH CEJ has a total of 90 seats for M.Tech with an intake of 18 in each specialization.

M.Tech Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech courses must have a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline with 50% marks. Selection of the candidates will be based on the TS PGECET or GATE score.

Placement

• The Placement and Training Center gives a silver lining to the course and is a curtain raiser for students' career making. The Training and Placement wing of JNTUHCEJ understands the current needs of the industry and creates awareness in the students of the various opportunities and openings available for them, well in advance, even when they are in the second year of the course.
  
• Further, the students receive continual training on communication skills, soft skills and professional etiquette, which would enhance their professional competence.
  
• In addition to this placement drive, students go on several industrial tours, undergo industrial training; take up mini projects during their winter/summer vacations in reputed companies for better industrial exposure and gain research orientation in addition to in house guidance from the experts.
  

Scholarship

Government of Telangana provides financial assistance to economically underprivileged students. B.Tech First year students receive tuition fee of Rs.35,000 and special fee of Rs.4,500 and II, III year students receive tuition fee of Rs.18,000 and special fee of Rs.2,500 and IV year students receive tuition fee of Rs.10,000 and special fee of Rs.2500 every academic year. In addition, all scholarship students receive mess fee of Rs.1,500 pm for 9 months only.M.Tech regular students and self-financed students receive tuition fee as scholarship amount, as per Govt. Guidelines of ePASS Guidelines sanctioned for every academic year.

Transport

College provides bus facility from College to Karimnagar for both staff and students. It runs at 9:00 am from Karimnagar and 5:00 pm from College daily.
