J P College of Engineering (JPCE) is a premier Engineering in Tamil Nadu. Thiru. S. Peter Alphonse, the Chairman of Grace Swaminathan Educational and Charitable Trust, established the J.P. College of Engineering in 2007. The DMI Foundations bought and run the college in 2012. DMI and MMI are the congregations of catholic Religious Sisters and Priests known for their selfless service to humanity in many parts of the world. Rev. Fr. Dr.J E Arul Raj is the Chairman & Rev. Sr. Gnanselvam is the Managing Trustee of the College Management.

Admission Procedure

JP College Engineering admission is entrance based for courses offered at UG levels. Some of the popular exams accepted by the institution for admission are TNEA, CBSE 12th, and Tamilnadu 12th, etc. The institution offers 7 courses to the students in the stream of Engineering, among others. At the UG level, some of the popular JP College Engineering courses include B.E. / B.Tech, among others.

• Identification of skill-based expectations of the employers in the perspectives of Soft Skills, Verbal and Aptitude Skills, Coding Skills from their Job Descriptions.
