JSS Science and Technology University, Mysuru offers admissions for 16 undergraduate, 25 postgraduate, and 17 doctoral-level programmes. The JSS Science and Technology University admissions offer various specialisation courses at each level. The candidate must appear for the relevant entrance examination before applying for admission. The JSS Science and Technology University admissions are based on the scores secured in the entrance examination. The qualified students should attend the counselling procedure. Later candidates have to appear for an interview/viva voce organised by the university. Final JSS Science and Technology University admission will be confirmed after verification of documents and course fee payment.

To be admitted for admission to B.E courses, candidates must be a graduate of 10+2 or higher secondary school with PCB/PCMor PCCS from a recognized board, with a minimum of 45%, and must have the required marks at the admission test.
For admission into B.Sc, BCA, the applicant must have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam and get the required marks at the test for admission.
The minimum requirement to be eligible for M.Tech must be that the applicant must have completed B.Eor B.Techor AMIE and must have at minimum 50% of the aggregate. Admission is determined by PGCETor GATE
To be eligible for MBA candidates, they must be a qualified bachelor in any field that have at the minimum of 50 percent. A valid score on the KMAT is mandatory.
The minimum requirements to be eligible for MCA, as well as M.Sc, is a bachelor's degree with mathematics at the level of 10+2
The criteria used to select candidates for postgraduate admissions is determined by the scores of PGCET
To be eligible for Ph.D candidates, they must have a postgraduate certificate in a relevant field , from an accredited university. Students in the final year of postgraduate programs are qualified.

Scholarships

In order to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds, the institution has several opportunities for scholarships, such as scholarships for post-matriculation, Hungaricum scholarship program, and the Huawei Technologies scholarship. The Huawei scholarships are for highly academically gifted students in those in the 3rd, 2nd and 4th years in the Engineering College. The college awards 50,000 INR per year to those who are awarded the scholarship. The institute also offers the option of a scholarship for students from communities that are SC/ST/OBC.

Huawei Excellence Scholarship

National, State and college-level scholarships are available, where students are selected based on their merit or caste category. For example, JSS Science and Technology University scholarship includes the Huawei Excellence Scholarship, which is given for exemplary academic performance of students in their second, third and fourth years of Engineering. Sports facility

Since it is well-known that a healthy mind is in a healthy body. JSS S&TU has provided all the sports facilities. It actually set out to set its department for sports back in.
