Kishkinda University is a private university located in Ballari, Karnataka. The university was established in 2023 under the Karnataka Act No. 20 of 2023. It was founded by the Tungabhadra Education Health and Rural Development Trust under the leadership of late Smt. Basavarajeswari, a philanthropist and former Union Minister. The university was created with the objective of providing affordable and quality higher education in engineering, management, commerce, sciences, humanities, and technology while promoting research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development.

The university campus is situated at Mount View Campus near Sindhigeri village on the Ballari Siruguppa Road in Karnataka. The campus is around 28 kilometers from Ballari city and currently spans nearly 50 acres with future expansion plans for a much larger integrated educational campus.
