Maharaja Surajmal Brij University (short name MSBU), also known as Brij University, is a State Public University located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The university was established in 2012 by the Government of Rajasthan and is named after Maharaja Surajmal, the great Jat ruler of Bharatpur. The primary objective of MSBU is to promote higher education, research, and academic excellence in the Brij region while ensuring access to quality education for students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.
