Addmission Procedure
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
MCA
Three year (6-semester) regular MCA course duly approved by AICTE and Affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. The MCA course at MAISM was started in 1998 and is the pioneer to conduct MCA in private sector in the State of Rajasthan.
For admission to MCA Course, the candidates having mathematics in 12th at school level with Graduation Degree in any subject from recognized University.
MCA 2 Year Course (LATERAL ENTRY)
Two year (4-semester) regular MCA course (Lateral Entry) duly approved by AICTE and Affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. For admission to MCA 2 Year Course (Lateral Entry), the candidates having BCA/B.Sc (IT)/B.Sc (Computer Science) from any recognized University.
OR
Graduation in any subject with mathematics as one subject from recognized
OR
BCA/B.Sc (IT)/B.Sc (Computer Science) from recognized University
Eligibility-
With at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and Non creamy layer OBC/SBC) without any approximation in the graduate exam.

MBA
Two year (4-semester) regular MBA course duly approved by AICTE and Affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota.
Eligibility: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.

PGDM
AICTE approved two year (4-semester) regular program in PG Diploma in Management (PGDM). For admission , come along with copy of your MAT score card (if appeared in MAT Exam )in office hours.
Eligibility: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks.

BBA
Three years full time BBA Course duly affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Eligibility: Those students who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination in any stream under the scheme (10+2) with minimum of 48% marks are eligible for admission.

B.COM
Three years full time B. Com Course duly affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Eligibility: Those students who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination in any stream under the scheme (10+2) with minimum of 50%(minimum pass marks in case for SC/ST/OBC/SBC candidates) are eligible for admission.

BCA
Three years full time BCA Course duly affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Eligibility: Those students who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination in any stream with minimum of 48 % marks (minimum pass marks in case for SC/ST/OBC/SBC candidates) are eligible for admission.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Ø Students are required to bring the following documents in original along with one set of self attested photocopies at the time of admission along with recent passport size color photograph.
Ø Proof of date of birth (Secondary School certificate issued by Affiliating Board/ Institution)/ Birth certificate issued by competent authority.
Ø Passing Certificate and Mark sheet of qualifying examination issued by the Board/ University. In case the eligibility criteria prescribes a condition of passing of a subject or subjects at some level, the certificate/ mark-sheet of the concerned examination in proof thereof should also be produced.
Ø TC & Migration from the School/ Institute/University from where the qualifying exam was passed.
Ø Caste Certificate (if Applicable) & Domicile Certificate.
Ø Students are required to bring the following documents at the time of commencement of the course.
Ø The admission letter in original along with fee receipt.
Ø Registration-cum-Enrollment form duly filled in with one photo pasted and one spare..
Ø Undertakings from the student and parent separately as per the provisions of Anti-Ragging verdict of Supreme Court in the form of an Affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each duly notarized.
Ø In the case of student who have been provisionally admitted, if he/she fails to produce proof of having fulfilled the eligibility conditions at the time of registration, will have to submit an undertaking that he/she will submit the proof of fulfilling the laid down eligibility conditions for admission to the program, positively, failing which his /her provisional registration to the said course will automatically stand cancelled. The undertaking will be given by the student and his/her parent separately.
Ø Form for issue of Identity card duly filled in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
Ø Admission of students reporting late, without any valid reason and information, are likely to be cancelled.
PROVISIONAL ADMISSION
Candidates whose results have not been declared on the date of reporting for admission will be given provisional admission subject to the following conditions:
Original certificates and mark-sheets of previous examinations passed along with photocopies are produced.
Mark-sheets of previous semester/years along with photocopies are produced and the candidate has secured the desired aggregate percentage as per the admission cut off.
Candidates and his/her parent submit an undertaking in the prescribed form that he/she shall submit proof of having fulfilled the eligibility conditions on the date of commencement of the session, failing which admission will be cancelled and fees shall be forfeited.
Before commencement of session the marks sheet of the qualifying exam should be submitted.
How to Apply
Candidates intending to seek admission in various programs, if fulfilling the subject requirements as laid down in the Eligibility criteria, are required to apply ‘ONLINE’ or in person, as and when announced. Students are advised to keep visiting the MAISM website for updated information.
