Physical Education and Sports was established in the Year 1994.The Objective is to provide facilities related to playing and fitness .The department nurtures students With through Knowledge in the theory and practical components with the view that they will serve the society independently and confidently with competence. The Department offers good facilities for the following games. Indoor and outdoor ground facilities and physical fitness centre. Indoor games Chess, Badminton, Table Tennis ,Outdoor games Cricket, Football, Volley ball ,Basket ball, Kabaddi, Hockey, Handball, Ball Badminton ,Kho-Kho, Judo, Karate, silambam, Archery ,and Track & Field.

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance and coordination .Yoga means ‘UNION’ or Connection. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and environment .The yoga was started in the year 2015 in MKJC. The institution has well accommodated yoga hall and well qualified and experienced instructors. Yoga practice is given regularly to all the students .our college student participate in national, state, district level and yoga competition. Yoga practice is also given to teaching and non teaching staffs. various social yoga awareness programme are also conducting as an extension activities.

Today, it’s an appreciable fact that environmental science lessons are taken beyond the walls of classrooms and are actually applied to our day-to-day lives. MKJC hostel is closely-knit units of MKJC Family. The main concern of the hostel is discipline and promoting courteous behaviour, family atmosphere, appreciation of dignity of labour, capacity of self-help and regular habits of prayer towards the mission and vision of self-development and empowerment of women. Our hostel is a home away from home, a temple of learning and a family that has a long living tradition.

Transportation facilities reduce the hassle of many students. The College Owned 42 Buses travel to the interior rural areas from Paradharami to Krishnagiri covering around 120 Km Radius.
