M Dasan Institute of Technology (M-DIT) KOZHIKODE was established in 2012-13., with a total of seven academic departments. The technology institute was named after the late dynamic visionary Shri M.Dasan, former Member of Kerala Legislative Assembly. The programs offered at M-DIT extend beyond the horizon of engineering and also cover the key aspects of management. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

M-DIT KOZHIKODE is a venture of M. Dasan Memorial Co-operative Institute of Engineering and Information Technology. In a short span of time, the Institute has carved a niche in the field of technical education in the state through its advanced courses in engineering and technology and has become one of the most preferred institutions for aspiring students in the state. Students at M-DIT enjoy the twin advantage of quality education and serene environment, at the picturesque hinterlands of the campus located at Ulliyeri, Kozhikode.

Admission Procedure
50[%] of the total sanctioned seats under each department will be filled up by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE) from the list prepared by the CEE on the basis of merit and in accordance with reservation principles followed by the State Government. The remaining 50[%] seats will be filled up by the College Management according to merit. Out of this 50[%], 15[%] of the total seats are filled from the Non Resident Indian (NRI) category.

The Placement Cell takes care of placing students in the right kind of jobs. They provide arrangements for national and international companies to visit the campus for recruitment. The office organizes regular programs like soft skill training sessions, mock interviews and GD techniques to develop their communication skills.

M-DIT VIDYA DAN SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
The scheme is formulated to award scholarships to meritorious students of M-DIT on merit cum means basis.

Bus Facility
We are providing college bus service from various prominent locations all over the city to the college. This is despite the location of the college at the heart of the city. We have a fleet of buses to cater to the transportation needs of students and staff. The bus picks up students outside the city as well as the places near the college and will drop them at the same point each day. We ensure the students safety by employing a well experienced set of drivers with speed control devices and first aid box in all the buses.
