Admission Process

JNEC Aurangabad Admission Process

Students are offered admission at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. JNEC Aurangabad admissions are offered in the branches such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications engineering, computer science engineering, information technology, chemical engineering etc JNEC Aurangabad courses offered for MGM's Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College admissions are B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech etc. For B.Tech admissions, students (all India candidates) have to appear for MGMU-CET/ JEE Main Paper- 1/ MHT-CET/ PERA CET and should obtain a non-zero score in MGMU-CET/ JEE Main Paper-I/ MHT-CET/ PERA CET. It is to be noted that preference shall be given to students obtaining a non zero positive score in JEE Main Paper 1. Students (all India and Maharashtra candidates ) wanting to take admission in B.Arch at JNEC Aurangabad need to appear for NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture.

JNEC Aurangabad UG Admission Process - B.Tech

The first step in the JNEC Aurangabad UG admission process is that candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.
Eligible students need to appear and obtain valid scores in JEE Main/MHT CET/MGMU CET/PERA CET.
Fill the application form by visiting the official website of JNEC Aurangabad.
For all India candidates, preference shall be given to students with valid scores in JEE Main than MHT CET/MGMU CET/PERA CET.
For Maharashtra candidates, preference shall be given to have obtained a non zero positive score in MGMU CET than MHT CET/PERA CET.
Based on students performance in the entrance examination, they need to participate in the counselling process.
Separate merit lists will be prepared on the basis of MGMU - CET score, MHT-CET score, JEE (Mains Paper-I) score and PERA CET score.
Last, document verification and payment of the fees is mandatory for JNEC Aurangabad admissions.

JNEC Aurangabad Facilities

Facilities such as boys hostel, girls hostel, gym, library, sports facilities are offered at MGM's Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College.JNEC Aurangabad offers accommodation facilities to girls and boys at JNEC Aurangabad. The hostel has AC and non- AC rooms. Students can select the rooms as per their preference. Established in 1983, the JNEC Aurangabad library has a huge collection of books. Students at JNEC Aurangabad are offered sports facilities and constantly encouraged to participate in various sports competitions. Furthermore, the JNEC Aurangabad facilities list includes banking facilities, swimming pool, parking facilities, canteen and auditorium.

Boys Hostel
The college has accommodation facilities for boys. The hostels have AC and non- AC rooms which are allotted to students based on their choices. Basic amenities are provided by the college authorities to students to provide them with a comfortable stay. Well furnished visiting hall and study hall is there in the JNEC Aurangabad hostel.
Girls Hostel
JNEC Aurangabad girls hostel have both ac and non-ac rooms. Students can select as per their choice. Each floor has emergency alarms and fire extinguishers. Students are also provided with mess facilities in JNEC Aurangabad hostels.
