B.Tech - 4  Years Course

Admission Process

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

• Applicants should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subjects.

• Candidates must satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Kerala, AICTE, and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

• Admission is primarily conducted through the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance examination.

• Candidates must register online for KEAM, appear for the entrance examination, and secure a valid rank.

• Based on the KEAM rank, candidates participate in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.

• Seats are allotted according to merit, reservation policies, category, and candidate preferences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

• Applicants should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

• Candidates must have studied one of the following as an additional subject: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies.

• General category candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (or as prescribed by the Government of Kerala and the affiliating university). Relaxation in marks is applicable for reserved categories as per prevailing norms.

• Candidates seeking admission through the Government quota must qualify in the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical (KEAM) entrance examination and obtain a valid rank.

• Admission under the Management Quota is offered to eligible candidates in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Kerala, AICTE, and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

• Applicants must satisfy all eligibility conditions, document verification requirements, and other admission guidelines prescribed by the college and the affiliating university at the time of admission.

M.Tech - 2 Years Course

Admission Process

• Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant branch of Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

• Applicants should have secured the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and AICTE norms.

• Candidates with a valid GATE score are given preference during the admission process.

• Eligible candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with the required academic documents.

• Admission is granted based on academic merit, GATE score (where applicable), seat availability, and the admission guidelines of the Government of Kerala and KTU.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

MBA - 2 Years Course

Admission Process

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Applicants should satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), AICTE, and the Government of Kerala.

• Candidates with a valid score in entrance examinations such as KMAT Kerala, CMAT, or CAT are eligible to apply, subject to the prevailing admission norms.

• Eligible candidates must submit the duly filled application form along with the required academic and entrance examination documents.

• Admissions are based on entrance examination scores, academic performance, seat availability, and the admission policies of the college and the Government of Kerala.

• Shortlisted candidates may be invited for Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI), if applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Applicants should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories, as per Government of Kerala norms) in the qualifying degree.

• Candidates must have a valid score in KMAT Kerala, CMAT, or CAT, or any other entrance examination accepted by the Government of Kerala/KTU for MBA admissions.

• Final-year undergraduate students may also apply, provided they produce the qualifying degree certificates at the time of admission.

MCA - 2 Years Course

Mount Zion College of Engineering (MZCE), Pathanamthitta, provides a well-organized transportation facility for students and staff residing in Pathanamthitta and nearby regions. The college operates a fleet of buses covering major routes across the district, making daily commuting safe, convenient, and punctual. Bus routes are planned at the beginning of each academic year based on student demand and are subject to revision when required. The campus is located at Kadammanitta, approximately 10 km from Pathanamthitta, Kozhencherry, and Ranni, and around 25 km from Chengannur Railway Station, ensuring easy accessibility through both college buses and Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) as well as private bus services. Students can choose the college transport service or use the frequent public transport available to reach the campus.
