Myra School of Business Mysore was established in the year 2012. According to the NIRF ranking, 2023 Myra School of Business, Mysore has secured 30th position in the list of universities in India. MSB Mysore is a private and autonomous institute that is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

The institute offers admission to only one course which is the PGDM for the duration of 2 years in several specialisations such as Financial Accounting, Operations Management, Managerial Economics and many others. Applicants should have at least one valid and qualifying score from CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, NMAT®, GMAT®, GRE®, or MET® (MYRA Entrance Test). The entrance test score is an important evaluation criterion for selection and carries a 25% weightage in the admission decision.

MET is our in-house test conducted by MSB for students without any other standardized test scores. Students may opt to take MET during the application process, to meet the eligibility.

The MET is an online test that can be taken from any location at any time and is a 60-minute test with 50 questions, scored out of 50. The test consists of 20 questions from quants, 20 questions from verbal, and 10 questions on logical reasoning; with no negative marking. Each correct question awards a student 1 point.

Work Experience

We encourage students to have some experience; however, work experience is not mandatory for any of our full-time programs. We believe that students bring their professional experience to the class and contribute to the cohort interactions and are able to take away more. However, we also welcome exceptionally bright fresh graduates who possess drive and confidence.

MYRA Mysore Admission Process
MYRA School of Business only offers one Post Graduate Diploma in Management. MSB Mysore PGDM course is for the duration of 2 years. To get shortlisted at MYRA School of Business Mysore candidates need to appear and secure a valid score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT. If an applicant does not have an entrance score or if an applicant does not meet the qualifying scores in an entrance exam, they are invited to take the MYRA Entrance Test (MET) online. The shortlisted candidates are being evaluated by the MSB Mysore on several factors that include performance in the interview round, marks secured in the amplitude test, skills possessed by them and many others.

MYRA High Performer Scholarships
Awards range from Rupees 1 lakh up to 2 lakhs. The
Scholarship
Scholarships are funds awarded to selected students for one academic year and the scholarship amount will be set off against tuition fees for that academic year. MYRA School of Business awards many Scholarships. The most prominent among them are given to PGDM2 students based on their academic performance in PGDM1. These are as followsnumber and amount of these Scholarships are decided by the Scholarship Committee at the beginning of the Second Academic Year. The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final.
